The short answers.
- Is there a subscription?
- No subscription is needed to book. You pay the agreed price plus the service fee when the tasker marks the job completed.
- When is my card charged?
- A hold is placed when you accept an offer. It is captured when the tasker marks the job completed. Cancel before the tasker is en route and the hold is released.
- Are estimates binding?
- Estimates are a range computed from real rates. The tasker’s offer is the price. Your accepted offer sets the booking amount.
- Do taskers pay a fee?
- The service fee is paid by the customer on top of the tasker’s agreed price.
